What is hCG Phase 3? Phase 3 of the hCG program is the stabilisation phase, allowing you to start the process of setting your new weight and maintaining it. This important phase refers to the period after you finish your drops, and lasts for the same number of days as Phase 2.

If you want a crunchy nut butter finely chop the nuts of your choice and add them in after the processing is done. I recommend all of my HCG Diet patients who are on phase III give nut butter creating a try.

HCG Diet Phase 3 Summary Meats (no processed lunch meat) Eggs. Peanut Butter. Hot wings (non-breaded) Jerky. Greek Yogurt (unsweetened) Low carb fruits (avoid melons, mangos, bananas, etc.) Low starch Veggies (avoid potatoes, corn, yams, etc.)

We recommend aiming for 1,500 calories a day while on HCG Phase 3. If you don't like counting calories, don't, just stick you the HCG Phase 3 food list in the HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide or the Pocket Guide to the HCG Protocol and you should be fine.

Alcohol and Stabilisation It is advisable to allow the body to stabilise for at least one week or so before introducing alcohol and then it should be consumed in moderation throughout the remainder of Phase 3.

* Corn, peas, yams and sweet potatoes not allowed. *Jams and jellies are not allowed in this phase, nor are sweet pickles.

On 2.0 it is OK to lose weight on P3. The one rule you need to follow is you MUST eat all of your BMR calories at least once a week. The way to do this is to subtract 10-15% off of your BMR. Stay at 30 total carbs a day.
