New Ravin Crossbows are covered under a five year limited warranty from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship to thestock, trigger and cocking mechanism, and limb assembly, when used normally in ance with our published instructions and guide-lines.

Killer instinct™ crossbows are warranted against any manufacturer defects for the life of the crossbow to the original, registered owner.

We guarantee our crossbows against defects in materials and workmanship that adversely affect the operation of the crossbow for the lifetime of the original owner. The bow limbs, scope, and cocking devices are warrantied for five years from the date of purchase.

Wicked Ridge Crossbows was introduced in 2010 as a value-priced second brand in the TenPoint Family.

TenPoint Crossbows – 3- year maximum warranty for refurbished crossbows. Wicked Ridge and Horton Crossbows – 1 – year maximum warranty for refurbished crossbows.

To make a claim under this warranty, call our Customer Service Department at 330-628-9245 for a Return Authorization Number. TenPoint Crossbow Technologies will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization Number displayed on the outside of the shipping container.
