Personally I add Darkvision into the Feats & Abilities box on the bottom right of the character sheet just a simple 'Darkvision out to 60ft' is enough for me. Box on the right. Racial traits like dark vision are typically listed on the sheet automatically if you're using DnD Beyond or something like that.
