The TPA offers the ID card and a Unique Identification Number to the patient, which helps in claim settlement. Thus, the TPA is the link between the insurance company and the policyholder when it comes to availing the hospitalisation cover and processing claims.

Produce your insurance ID card, and corporate ID card along with your unique identity card like the voter ID/Aadhar card and verify the identity at the hospital. Fill out the pre-authorization form at the hospital and the hospital will initiate the cashless claim request to the Paramount TPA.
