Patricia J. Kelly received her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law and her B.A. degree in political science from the University of South Florida. In 2001, Governor Jeb Bush appointed Judge Kelly to the Second District Court of Appeal.

Located in the Florida Panhandle, the 2nd Judicial Circuit encompasses Leon, Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, and Wakulla counties. Our circuit is home to over 386,000 residents, several universities and colleges, and some of the most beautiful recreational land and beaches in the State of Florida.

Patricia Kelly is a judge of the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal. She assumed office in 2001. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029. Kelly ran for re-election for judge of the Florida 2nd District Court of Appeal.

Judge Michael Davis serves the 369th Judicial District, composed of Anderson, Cherokee, and Leon counties. He was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott in 2017, following the retirement of Judge Bascom W.
