Get Loan Payment Voucher

The voucher package contains supporting documents for a transaction. For example, a purchase voucher usually contains a purchase requisition, purchase order, receiving report, vendor invoice, and a negotiable check (check copy when the vendor invoice has been paid).

Payment Vouchers are used to record payments owed to Vendors and to maintain payment history. Once posted, they can be added to Checks or Quick Checks for processing and printing checks.

Some of the common documents are supplier invoice, supplier name, terms for payment such as the amount owed, the due date, and any discounts for paying the invoice early, company's purchase order, receipt of goods received, general ledger accounts, signatures of authorized representatives, proof of payment of invoice ...

If receipt or invoice does not indicate payment has been received, then the following are acceptable as proof of payment: Photocopy of a cancelled check (front and back) Credit card sales slip. Monthly credit card statement (all personal information not pertaining to the purchase should be redacted)

Any written documentation supporting the entries reported in the account books, indicating the transaction's accounting accuracy, can be referred to as a voucher. For example, a bill, invoice, receipt, salary and wages sheet, pay-in-slip counterfoil, cheque book counterfoil, or trust deed.

It's a supporting document for an invoice and can include: Supplier invoice. The vendor or supplier's details, e.g., name, address, email, etc. Terms of payment, e.g., amount owed, due date, discounts, etc. Purchase order (PO) with amount owed and due date. Shipping receipt showing goods have been received by the company.

Proper account heads should be debited. Cash account should be credited if the payment is made by cash. Bank account should be credited if the payment is made by cheque (always name of bank must be written). The receiver of money must sign the voucher.
