Get Young Scholars Academy

Our students are required to wear the school uniform, which consists of white, light blue or navy blue polo shirts; khaki or navy blue pants, skirts or jumpers; socks and dark, non-marking sole shoes. Our two-year-old students are not required to wear uniforms.

The Young Scholars program supports families whose children qualify as profoundly or exceptionally gifted. Review eligibility and accepted scores.

Dress code is put into place to keep students from being bullied for how they dress and how some people may treat them different depending on what they wear. There is a lot of evidence that show students losing time in the class room because they are too worried about there personal apparel.

All students are expected to wear neat, acceptable and clean clothing which includes pants, shorts, shirts, dresses, skirts, blouses, and footwear at all times.

Overview of Scholars' Academy Scholars' Academy is ranked 24th within New York. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® coursework and exams. The AP® participation rate at Scholars' Academy is 95%.
