The cost for Tymlos subcutaneous solution (3120 mcg/1.56 mL) is around $2,818 for a supply of 1.56 milliliters, depending on the pharmacy you visit. Quoted prices are for cash-paying customers and are not valid with insurance plans.

Postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, aged 50-85 years. BMD: T-score ≥ –2.5 at the lumbar spine or hip (including femoral neck or total hip) OR BMD+Fracture History: T-score ≥ –2.0 at the lumbar spine or hip and a recent (>5 years) low-trauma vertebral, forearm, humerus, sacral, pelvic, femoral, or tibial fracture.

Per the agreement, Paladin will in-license Radius' abaloparatide subcutaneous injection, marketed as Tymlos, and abaloparatide transdermal device (abaloparatide-TD) in Canada.

Tymlos comes as a solution inside a prefilled pen with 30 doses. The drug is typically given once each day as a subcutaneous injection (an injection under your skin).
