Parking meters are used solely to assure there will be a smooth flow of traffic and the movement of vehicles from parking spaces so merchants can operate their businesses and provide spaces for shoppers. ALL METER RATES WILL BE $1.00 FOR each 30 MINS TO THE MAXIMUM TIME PERMITTED PER METER ZONE.

The Parking Authority phone number is 201-653-6969. You can phone and request that a application be mailed to you. The permit application is on the Web. You can print it out and mail it to the Parking Authority along with the required documents and the fee.

Residential Parking Permits are issued annually by the Town Clerk's Office for the period of January 1 through December 31. Submit this Application to the Town Clerk's Office via e mail at resparking@townofmorristown.org or hand deliver in-office at Town Hall, 1st Floor.

Street Meter Parking Fees are required Monday to Saturday from 8AM to 6PM. All parking is free after 6PM and all day Sunday. There is no meter feeding or meter jumping allowed at the on-street parking meters.

The initial registration takes only minutes, and once established a parking transaction takes even less time. There will be a $0.30 convenience fee for each parking transaction. A days parking will cost $5.30 altogether when using mPay2Park.
