Medicaid in Delaware is a managed care program and is called the Diamond State Health Plan (DSHP). The long-term care Medicaid managed care program is called Diamond State Health Plan Plus (DSHP Plus). It is broken into two programs: The Nursing Facility Program and Long-Term Care Community Services (LTCCS) Program.
