Applicant must have a baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited in ance with 34 CFR 602. Applicant must have at least a 2.20 undergraduate GPA. exam(s) in any area for which they will be seeking program enrollment. The exam(s) attempted are not required to align with the TAT area.

The Temporary Authority to Teach (TAT) applicant must have passing scores on the Praxis Pre-Professional Skills Tests (PPSTs) Reading and Writing exams and at least a 2.00 GPA. Applicants who meet this eligibility standard can apply for a TAT through a district based on the four conditions of eligibility listed below.
