Eligibility for Free Legal Services Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. Victims of Trafficking or Begar. Women and Children. Mentally Ill or Disabled Persons.

Legal Aid serves clients whose household income is 200% of the federal poverty guidelines or below. Applicants may self-report income and asset information about their household, but do not need to provide other documentation when completing intake.

Legal aid ensures children get the supports they need to achieve success in school, survivors of domestic violence obtain safety and security, seniors access critical medical care, and veterans receive the benefits they have earned from their service.
