Once everyone has checked in, the WW Coach leads a 20 to 30 minute workshop on a topic related to healthy living and behavioural change. One week you might discuss how to prepare healthy meals; another week, you might work on building your self-confidence.

Your meeting, led by a Weight Watchers leader, will last approximately 30-45 minutes.

You decide your level of engagement at each Workshop. Share as much or as little as you like with your coach and fellow members.

How many Weight Watchers smart points are you allowed per day? Users are usually allowed about 30 smart points a day. This varies from person to person ing to factors such as age, weight, and gender.

You'll say hello, meet your Studio Team and complete your Wellness Check-In. And, you don't have to weigh yourself in front of everyone! Wellness Check-Ins are private and confidential. The scale is only visible to the Studio Team member who weighs you in.
