Penalty Abatement Pennsylvania allows taxpayers to appeal penalty and interest assessments by filing a petition to the Board of Appeals. Taxpayers will need to complete a petition form for submitting a penalty appeal request with the Board. The taxpayer should file the petition online through the Board's website.
