The Auburn First program offers high school students an accessible and affordable opportunity to take official Auburn University courses and earn both college and high school credit at the same time.

The acceptance rate at Auburn is 43.7%. In other words, of 100 students who apply, 44 are admitted. This means the school is somewhat selective. You should prepare your academic scores well, but you have an excellent chance if you impress them.

Non-Alabama students are required to pay a non-resident tuition fee. Students who come to the state of Alabama from another state for the purpose of attending Auburn University will be considered a non-resident student for tuition purposes.

Alabama residents who are admitted to the Auburn First program and demonstrate financial hardship by qualifying for free or reduced lunch are eligible for a tuition waiver.

UAB does not “super score” ACT or SAT results; your highest composite score will be considered. Apply as test-optional. Students who apply test-optional are not required to submit test score for admission or scholarship consideration. Review the UAB test-optional policy.
