Get Cochise College Transcript Request Form 2023-2025

Through the Student Center Log into your Online Student Center using your MEID and Password. Under Academics, choose Request Transcript from the dropdown list, and click >>. On the Request Transcript page, choose Official Transcript from the dropdown list.

Transcripts are required from each previously attended institution. The transcripts must be in the original sealed envelope to be considered official for transfer credit. Official and secure electronic transcripts can be sent by the issuing institution to eval@cochise.edu.

Through MyInfo Contact your Registrar's office if you need additional assistance. From here, you will be able to view your Unofficial Transcript and request your Official Transcript. You may print your Unofficial Transcript or click on the Official Transcripts button to see a message informing you of the redirect.

If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

Students can order transcripts through our transcript partner, Parchment (credit or debit cards only): Current students of San Diego City, Mesa, or Miramar College, or those with a mySDCCD account, may order transcripts directly through their mySDCCD student portal.

Where can I obtain an unofficial transcript? EMAIL: ARDocs@glendale.edu a copy of your Driver License/ID or Photo Identification and we'll email your unofficial transcript to you within 48 – 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please include your GCC ID number in your email request.

If they didn't receive the email, it may be in their Spam folder. If they still don't have it, let us know and we can resend the email. U.S. Mail typically requires up to seven business days for delivery. We will resend the transcript one time free of charge if a reasonable amount of time has passed.
