To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript.

Current Students You may request your official transcript through Parchment. Unofficial transcripts are available to current students only and may be obtained directly through ERNIE at no cost.

Official documents, including college and high school transcripts, and standardized test scores, must be submitted using an electronic delivery service or by mail to the address below.

To download or print your unofficial transcript as a PDF, click Ctrl+P (Command+P if using a Mac). Once on the printer screen, click the drop down for printer options and select "Save as PDF" or "Print to PDF," depending on the browser. This will allow you to save it as a PDF onto your computer.

Costs/Payment Methods: The fee for official transcript is $15.00, payable at the time of the request.

Unofficial Transcript Definition Unofficial transcripts are printed on plain paper and do not have a college seal or registrar's signature. Unofficial transcripts cannot be used to transfer to another college or university.

You can likely view your unofficial transcript on your college's website, or request it from the registrar at your school.

Unofficial transcripts can be used for admissions and enrollment purposes. They CANNOT be used for financial aid, eligibility, or to transfer previous credit. Unofficial transcripts can be sent while you are currently in high school or currently enrolled in credit classes at another college (In-progress course work).
