UTA accepts transcripts sent electronically from your college or university using one of the following approved systems: Parchment. National Student Clearinghouse. eSCRIP-SAFE. Standardization of Postsecondary Education Data Exchange [SPEEDE] - Texas Only.

Electronic Transcripts Electronic college transcripts can be sent via SPEEDE, E-Script, National Student Clearinghouse, Parchment, and other Electronic (eTranscript) Exchange systems. Students can send official eTranscripts to apply@utsa.edu.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT And it's fine to send transcripts even before you submit an application! However, before your transcript is actually sent, check it thoroughly to be certain that everything is as it should be: classes, grades, and credits, service hours, if they're recorded, and SAT/ACT scores.

The fastest method is electronically--sent directly from your school. If you are asked for an email address, use records@uta.edu. However, we will accept transcripts by mail or in person. We must have your official transcript by the 12th class day of your first semester at UTA.

We cannot accept transcripts submitted via email. Some colleges are able to submit transcripts electronically to UT Austin on your behalf using our SPEEDE server or Parchment. Connect with their registrar's office to request they send your official transcript to us.
