Public Right-of-Way Use Permit A Public Right-of-Way Permit is required for any activity (e.g. loading/unloading of construction materials, cranes, ladders, dumpster, construction barricades) that uses public right-of-way including but not limited to sidewalks, parkways, streets, and public property.

The 1058 form can be found on the TxDOT website. A description of the proposed work, the applicant's name, mailing address, telephone number and location of the proposed driveway must be included on the form.
