*Electronic Transcripts must be sent directly from the college/university. It will not be accepted if it is emailed from the student.

Delivery Type Electronic credentials are delivered as soon as the sending institution processes the request, often within one business day. Printed Transcript requests will typically be mailed within 1 business day.

To get an official copy of your transcript, contact your school's registrar. In most cases, you don't even have to call or go in person; the registrar's office may have an online form for requesting your transcript.

All transcripts issued are official. No unofficial transcripts will be issued by the Office of the Registrar. Current students may view and print their unofficial transcript through My MU Plan.

To request an official transcript, go to Hope International University's Parchment site. The site will walk you through placing your order. Be sure to indicate that you are ordering a transcript from Marymount California University.

Senders log on to their ETX secure account, upload the transcript file(s), and use the recipient's unique ETX ID when sending files via ETX.

You can request transcripts electronically or by mail. If sending transcripts electronically, you must use one of the electronic transcript vendors below. If sending transcripts by mail, they must be mailed directly from your registrar.

Several institutions offer electronic delivery of official transcripts. If your institution offers such a service, we encourage you to use it, as electronic transcripts typically arrive much sooner than those sent via regular airmail.
