How do I view the status of my claim? As a member, you can view your claims in Guardian Anytime by selecting Claims and then Claims status from the menu options. Claims, Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and letters, for the past 30 days will automatically display.

How Do I Check My Car Insurance Claim Status? Visit the Insurance website/ Mobile application of your Car insurance provider. Go to the option of tracking the claim status. Enter the required details in the form, such as your claim receipt/ file number, policy number, date of birth, etc. Submit all the details.

Most claim decisions are made within 5 to 7 business days, provided all information is supplied timely and we are successful in obtaining any information that might be lacking. Assuming the claim is approved, and a benefit check is issued, mail delivery could vary depending upon where a claimant is located.

You may upload documents by accessing Guardian, where the “Upload Document” button will be available on your home screen. Next, a pop up box will appear which allows you to select the appropriate file. After the document has been uploaded, the Care Provider Management Bureau will receive the document in real time.
