Seattle Promise has three core components: Tuition at the three Seattle Colleges: South, Central, or North. Equity scholarships, which provide flexible funding to students, for books, transportation, housing, or other student needs.

Seattle Promise scholars receive the following services: Support applying to Seattle Promise and Seattle Colleges (North, Central or South) Support applying for and completing financial aid requirements. Full coverage of any tuition expenses remaining after other scholarships and financial aid.

Global Impact is an international service-learning opportunity open to Seattle Colleges students, faculty, and staff, as well as to healthcare professionals, educators, and members of the broader community.

A $50 application fee must be paid before an application can be processed. The fee payment is included in the online admission application process and applicants will be asked to enter the transaction id/confirmation number for their payment with their application.

The Seattle Promise Scholarship increases access to college for students, particularly those from underrepresented groups. The scholarship is open to all SPS graduates and provides up to two years or 90 credits of tuition at Seattle Central College, North Seattle College, or South Seattle College.

In 2021, the Washington College Promise will guarantee financial aid to eligible students ($61,500 annual income for a family of four). Students may attend a community and technical college, public baccalaureate institution, independent college, eligible private career school or apprenticeship program.

Who is eligible for Seattle Promise? All graduating seniors attending Seattle public high schools are eligible for the Seattle Promise program regardless of grade point average (GPA), income, ability, or country of birth.
