GSU-62 is a waiver program that covers tuition and certain fees for students age 62 or older. To receive the waiver, the following conditions must be met: The applicant must first apply for and be accepted to the University as either a Freshman, Transfer, Postbaccalaureate, or Graduate.

You must complete 61 credits to earn an AA or AS degree, including a minimum of 34 credits in General Education and 27 credits that may be taken in a variety of subject areas, or in a specific subject area to prepare for a particular major. AA degrees require you to take foreign language courses and AS degrees do not.

If you are a legal resident of Georgia who is 62 or older and are interested in taking undergraduate-level courses, Georgia College offers the Amendment 23 program that allows you to enroll in classes (depending upon available space) tuition free (excluding textbooks, technology fees, and lab fees).

Salt Lake Community College shall be open, to all qualified applicants who have earned a high school diploma, GED, associate degree or higher, and all non-high school or GED completers who show college readiness.
