Altius Exams From my experience, I would say that 6-10 were more representative and 1-5 more challenging but still very useful. Altius, as with Blueprint, is harder than the AAMC practice exams, but I personally found Altius to be far more helpful than Blueprint in preparing me for the AAMC material.
