The Framework for Teaching (FFT) is a set of components that outlines a teacher's responsibilities. It's divided into four domains: Planning and Preparation, Classroom Environment, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities.

The pedagogical skills, thus, include the capacity to plan, initiate, lead and develop education and teaching with the departure point in both general and subject-specific knowledge of student learning. Pedagogical skills also include the capacity to connect the teaching to research in the subject of interest.

There are 5 different Pedagogical approaches, being the constructivist approach, the collaborative approach, the reflective approach, the integrative approach, and, finally, the inquiry-based approach.
