The petitioner states that the Petition for Divorce was filed and served on defendant and that the parties have lived separate and apart for 180 days since service of the petition. Petitioner further states that the Rule for Divorce was filed, and that he desires a divorce from the defendant pursuant to La. Civil Code Article 102.
