This is an example of a petition for divorce in which the parties have no children. Having lived apart from defendant for over 180 days, petitioner requests a divorce pursuant to La. C.C. Article 102. The petition further requests a division of the community property, and asks the court to issue temporary restraining orders prohibiting the defendant from disposing of any of the community property or funds belonging to either or both of the parties.
