This is an example of a letter from an attorney appointed by the Indigent Defender Board to represent an individual in a criminal matter. The letter instructs the defendant to contact the attorney in order to discuss the matter and prepare for trial, and cautions defendant that failure to schedule a meeting will result in the attorney requesting the ID Board to relieve him of the appointment.
