This is a motion of the Indigent Defender Board advising the court of legal work done by the Board on behalf of the defendant in preparation for trial. Because the defendant has hired independent representation, the Board requests to be allowed to withdraw from the matter and that the court fix appropriate fees to be paid to the Board for its work. An order granting the motion and fixing fees is attached.
