Waiver of Process and General Entry of Appearance and Joinder in Complaint: This is a Mississippi form that complies with all Mississippi codes and statutes. A Waiver of Process states that a party waives his/her right to be formally served with court documents; this does not however, waive his/her rights to file an Answer to said documents.
