Requests for certificates of good standing must be submitted electronically through the Court's electronic filing system. Step One: log into ECF.Click on the "Civil" menu, then click on "Attorney Admissions. Click on "Certificate of Good Standing Request Form". This will bring up the request form. For California you can get wither the Supreme Court or the bar to issue a COGS.
