The State Bar of Georgia is the governing body of the legal profession in the State of Georgia, operating under the supervision of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Membership is a condition of admission to practice law in Georgia.

The Georgia Bar Exam is administered at the Georgia International Convention Center located at 2000 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta, Georgia 30337.

Georgia Bar Exam Format You will have three hours to answer the two MPT questions. You will have three hours to answer four Georgia essay questions. The Multistate Bar Exam (“MBE”) is administered on the second day of the Georgia bar exam. The MBE is a multiple-choice test containing 200 questions.
