On May 10, 2018, the California Supreme Court issued an order approving a new set of Rules of Professional Conduct, effective November 1, 2018.A full dozen proposed changes that the Texas Committee on Disciplinary Rules and Referenda, or CDRR, submitted to the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors.
