Graduated with a JD or equivalent from an ABA-approved law school. Achieved a Qualifying UBE Score. Achieved a Qualifying MPRE Score. Successfully completed the Maryland Law Component.

An attorney may not resign while the attorney is the subject of a disciplinary investigation, action, or proceeding involving allegations of professional misconduct.
