Arizona Reciprocity Arizona offers reciprocity on motion to attorneys from the following states: AK, CO, DC, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, and WY.

D.C. allows lawyers to transfer UBE scores within 5 years (60 months) of passing the exam.

General Instructions. NCBE performs UBE score services for all UBE jurisdictions; all requests to have UBE scores sent to another jurisdiction should be submitted to NCBE and not to the testing jurisdiction. All jurisdictions that administer the UBE accept transferred UBE scores.
