The Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) is a voluntary bar association for the state of Maryland.

Maryland attorneys are encouraged to complete CLE courses in order to maintain their competence to practice law (See Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.1, Comment 6).
