Minnesota State Board of Law Examiners The Minnesota Board of Law Examiners administers a bar examination each February and July and licenses attorneys to the practice of law in Minnesota.

Graduates of non-ABA accredited law schools who were licensed in California and New York petitioned the Minnesota Supreme Court. When you graduate from nationally accredited law school (ABA) you are eligible to take the bar in any of the fifty states. With a few exceptions, all attorneys who are actively practicing law in California must complete ongoing legal training. All our lawyers are active members of the California State Bar and are licensed to practice law in California.
