Ohio is a 2 1/2-day exam with twelve 30-minute Ohio Essay Exam questions, two 90-minute Multistate Performance Test questions, and 200 multiple-choice Multistate Bar Exam questions.

The UBE is divided into three sections—the Multistate Bar Examination (MBE®), the Multistate Performance Test (MPT®), and the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE®). To be accepted to the Ohio Bar, candidates must score above 80% on the additional 25-question, multiple-choice Ohio Law Component (OLC).
