If you are calling from out-of-state, please call .The hotline is available Monday through Friday from a.m. 8am – 5pm CT Monday through Friday. Because not all grievances warrant a full investigation and ethics charges being filed. I don't think there is a need to notify prior employers. Some will fill them out and others will ignore them. It's not hard to file a complaint. If you do, and on its face, it looks like something is wrong, you'll get a call from disciplinary counsel or an investigator.
