Dates, Cost & Location The Nevada Bar Exam is a 2 1/2 day exam. Day 1 consists of four 60-minute essay questions and one 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) question. Day 2 is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), a 200-question, multiple-choice exam. Day 3 consists of an additional four 60-minute essay questions.
