State what the lawyer did or failed to do which may be unethical.If you believe the attorney violated the ethics rules, you may file a complaint, but you will need to be able to delineate what it is you think he did wrong. To report attorney misconduct you must contact the State Bar of Arizona. If you think your lawyer has violated an ethical rule, you may file a complaint with the disciplinary board in the state where the lawyer is licensed. A lawyer may ethically limit the scope of representation of a client, but the lawyer should notify the client clearly of the limitation of representation.
