Attached are the forms you need to file to begin an action for replevin. These forms must be filled out and submitted to the Clerk of the Court together.In a replevin action, a judge can order the other party to return the property to you. Fill out the Small Claims Complaint Form. Plaintiff: The plaintiff is the person(s) filing the claim. 2) The action must have arisen in this Court's jurisdiction. An action in the Small Claims Division shall commence upon the filing of a complaint which shall state the amount and nature of the claim.
