The filing of a complaint does not mean that CRD has already determined whether there is reasonable cause to believe any laws have been violated. You should consult with an attorney before filing a verified complaint because doing so could be a strategic or tactical error. The preferred method for submitting a concern is through our online submission form as it allows for more direct, timely receipt and review of your concerns.
