A Charge of Discrimination can be completed through our EEOC Public Portal after you submit an online inquiry and we interview you.On average, it takes the EEOC nearly 6 months to investigate a charge. The PHRC requires that a charge be filed within 180 days of the alleged unlawful practice, while the EEOC's deadline is 300 days. At the Public Portal, you can select "Filing with the EEOC," which will then guide you through a series of questions to determine if the EEOC is the right.
