You can call 1-800-669-4000 to discuss your situation.Fill out the complaint form, answering all of the questions completely. You can sue an employer for discrimination. If the lawsuit is based on a federal law, you must file a complaint with the EEOC first. There are strict time limits for filing a job discrimination complaint with the EEOC.
