We provide the eResponse Online Jury Services system for individuals who have received a Jury Summons. The college provides paid leave to full-time or part-time Collin College employees summoned to jury duty, including grand jury service.You may fill out an affidavit at the Clerk's office which will place your name on the list of those eligible for selection. You can take it to jury duty. Tablets, phones, chargers, food, etc. Complete your eligibility information on the McKinney Municipal Court Juror Portal. If you are not assigned, your obligation is done, but if you are are put on a jury panel, you work until that one matter has concluded. Your employer may continue your salary during all or part of your jury service, but federal law does not require an employer to do so.
