Florida will vote on six proposed amendments to its constitution in November. Here what a 'yes' or 'no' vote means for each. (WFLA) There are six statewide amendments on the ballot for Florida voters this election. Proposed Hillsborough County and City of Tampa referendums require majority approval from voters to pass. The Florida Democratic Party stands in support of Proposed Amendments 3 and 4 and urges the voters of Florida to vote Yes. Amendment 4 maintained the existing constitutional provision that permitted a law requiring parents to be notified before a minor can receive an abortion. Election Day is just 8 weeks away!
