Article 48. 245, § 1.> That every person, as a central component of an individual's rights to liberty and equality, has the fundamental right to reproductive freedom, including but not limited to the ability to make and effectuate decisions to prevent, continue, or end one's own pregnancy.

§47. (a) A victim of crime shall be treated by agents of the State with dignity, respect, and sensitivity during all phases of the criminal justice process.

The amendment must then be ratified by three-fourths of the State legislatures, or three-fourths of conventions called in each State for ratification.
