1. An amendment is a minor change to fix/improve something. A revision is a more major redesign/reworking of something. A 'revised drawing' would suggest to me that you made a new drawing based on suggestions to the original. An 'amended drawing' would suggest more that a minor change was made to the existing drawing.
Format of a Patent Application The Specification. The Title. The Description. The Claims. The Drawings. The Abstract. Sample Specifications. Minimum Requirements for a Filing Date.
The Process of Patent Withdrawal If the request meets the necessary criteria, the patent will be officially withdrawn, and the applicant will lose any rights associated with the patent. It is important to note that the withdrawal of a patent application does not necessarily mean the end of the inventor's journey.
Amendments to the Drawing Any changes to an application drawing must comply with 37 CFR 1.84 and must be submitted on a replacement sheet of drawings, even when applicant is only submitting better quality drawings without any substantive changes. Any additional new drawings must be submitted on a new sheet of drawings.
Patent drawings must be clear, legible, and presented in a clean and professional manner. Use consistent line quality and thickness throughout the drawings. Avoid overcrowding or excessive detail that may confuse the viewer.

All amendments must be made relative to the patent specification, including the claims, and drawings, which are in effect as of the date of filing the request for reexamination. (j) No enlargement of claim scope. No amendment may enlarge the scope of the claims of the patent or introduce new matter.
Here is the difference between withdrawn claims and canceled claims: the withdrawn claim is that you can seek to re-introduce it later while canceled is cancelled.
The implication with withdrawn is that you may seek to re-introduce it later while canceled is cancelled. However, at most points in the process you can enter amendments and an amendment could add a new claim with the exact wording of a previously canceled claim so canceled doesn't mean the wording can't come back.
