I was able to complete it but get the bug where the "search body for clues" objective can't be fulfilled. With the Silver Shroud missions you have to toss a calling card onto the character's body after you kill them to register as complete.After I killed Northy I checked his body for clues and listened to the tape. The best path to make sure that Kent lives while subduing all the enemies is to role play as the Shroud through all conversational options.
